Justin Gale - Director
Justin started in the trade as a steeplejacks lad. It quickly became apparent he had found his niche in life, working at heights was and is something he enjoys and excels at. As his career progressed, he became more involved with lightning protection learning to install systems, and aid in their design.
Today Justin is accredited to BS EN 62305 receiving a distinction in this. Justin has an aptitude for technical drawing and design of systems, passing his knowledge of installation of systems, to the ever growing work force.
Justin is married to Joanne (the company’s secretary) and has two children. He spends his spare time with his family, and of course playing golf.
Jason Harfield - Director
Jason started his career in lightning protection, in his fathers company. Again as a steeplejacks lad, like Justin, he also enjoyed working at heights. As his career progressed, it became apparent that he had an excellent ability in organising a work force, and in helping to run a company.
Today, Jason is accredited to BS EN 62305. He liaises closely with all our customers, ensuring his designs meet their demanding standards and ensuring all of Orion’s staff deliver quality installations.
Jason is married to jane. He has two sons (both of whom work at Orion). He spends his spare time with his wife and is an avid supporter of Chelsea FC. He enjoys following all sports and playing golf.
Paul Wren - Test Division Manager
Paul came from a retail environment, and had worked as an area manager for a large retail company. He is a good people person, and knows the importance of keeping customers happy and ensuring repeat business with a working knowledge of personnel law. Paul helps fill any gaps in Orion’s structure.
Paul has introduced service level agreements with regard to lightning protection tests, and is working towards accreditation to BS EN 62305. Paul is single and has two children. He spends his spare time with them, and enjoys all films, gardening, tennis and attempting to play golf.
